Final conception, construction as well as preparation and follow-up of North Rhine-Westphalia's participation in the trade fair at the International Green Week 2024 to 2026 in Berlin
The state of North Rhine-Westphalia will present itself at the International Green Week (IGW) 2024 in Berlin (19 - 28.01.2024) with a wide variety of partners from the food industry, agriculture, rural regions, consumer protection and tourism with the claim "NORTH RHINE-WESTPHALIA City.Country.River".
The trade fair presentation of NRW will take place on a rented area of 29*41m = 1,189 sqm (net area approx. 713 sqm) probably in Hall 5.2.a. of Messe Berlin, as a community of exhibitors with presentation and sales areas, a guest lounge and a communal kitchen (not for trade fair visitors) as well as a stage with a stage program.
The state of North Rhine-Westphalia had awarded a new concept for the NRW state appearance for the IGW 2019. This new concept was also successfully implemented for the IGW 2020 and 2023 in Hall 5.2 a under the motto "North Rhine-Westphalia City, Country, River".
On the basis of the annual LANUV evaluations with the ministry and the exhibitors, among others, central aspects of the optimization of the NRW Länderhalle have been and are being worked out.
The subject of this procedure is the conception, planning and construction of the NRW Halle as well as the design and creativity of sub-areas at the IGW 2024 as well as the 2025 and 2026, their technical and organizational support before, during and after the trade fair, including dismantling and storage, both practically and functionally.
The services are to be provided in the period from the award of the contract until the end of the fair in 2026 at the latest. Furthermore, there is an obligation to maintain storage until 15.01.2027 (or, if applicable, by arrangement).

Note: For the trade fair years 2025 and 2026, the assumptions from 2024 are adopted. Changes in dates cannot be ruled out.
