MHE and MCO of the Super DICOM lightning generator of DGA Techniques aéronautiques
The subject of this draft contract is the MHE of the Super DICOM generator consisting of the replacement of the
continuous wave generator C and the MCO of the Super DICOM generator as a whole.
MHE's service must cover the design, manufacture, supply of parts or parts assemblies and assembly in the mechanical, pneumatic, electrical and IT fields.
The Super DICOM generator is designed to experimentally simulate thermomechanical damage caused by a lightning strike on a structure. It is stationary and makes between 200 and 300 shots per year.
It is equipped with two HV power supplies (100kV and 2.2kV), a control system and three generators that can be combined depending on the type of test to be carried out:
• Wave generator A composed of 5 Marx in parallel,
• B-wave generator consisting of 4 capacitors of 95μF,
• C-wave generator consisting of 8 capacitors of 250μF.
The continuous wave generator C is a lightning generator that can deliver a current of up to 1000A for a duration of up to 1.2sec.
This draft contract is subject to the procedure with negotiation in accordance with the provisions of Articles L 2324-1, L 2324-3, R 2324-1, R 2324-3, R 2361-1, R 2361-8 to R 2361-12 of the Public Procurement Code.
The maximum amount of the framework agreement is €2,500,000 excluding VAT.
This framework agreement includes both a firm share and other services that may be ordered by purchase orders and subsequent contracts, pursuant to Articles R 2362-1 to R 2362-8 of the French Public Procurement Code.
