Through this government contract, ILvA is looking for a supplier for the supply of collection trucks for paper, with a maintenance and repair contract. The assignment consists of a fixed part (4 collection trucks) and a conditional part (3 collection trucks). The need for these three additional collection vehicles is unclear, given the changing composition of paper and cardboard, and the changing conditions regarding energy and fuel. In order to spread the financial effort and avoid unnecessary expenditure, it seems advisable for the procurer to work with a conditional part. The execution of the conditional part depends on a decision of the contracting authority. The contracting authority will not take a decision in the first 6 months after the closure of the fixed part. However, the contracting authority may take this decision up to 30 months after the conclusion of the contract. The decision shall be notified to the contractor by registered letter within this period. If the contracting authority does not take a decision within this period, the conditional part shall lapse and the contract shall be limited to the fixed part, in particular 4 collection vehicles.
It concerns a delivery with purchase. There are two mandatory options, which consist of taking over three CNG-powered pick-up trucks from ILvA's existing fleet and oil level control system. Any lighting of the options takes place simultaneously with the closing of the order. ILvA is not obliged to highlight the options.
