The subject of this call for tenders is the establishment of framework service contracts with economic operators to provide predominantly intra-muros (at the EEA’s premises) and to a limited extent extra-muros (at the contractor’s premises or elsewhere) consultancy services in support of the implementation of the Copernicus Land Monitoring Service (CLMS) and the Copernicus cross-service in situ coordination. The intra-muros experts are requested to cooperate on a daily basis with the EEA Copernicus team in different areas and performing mainly the following tasks: designing concepts supporting calls for tender, supporting the management of production contracts, and assessing the quality of deliverables.

This call for tenders is divided into two lots:

— lot no 1: thematic consultancy services,

— lot no 2: administrative consultancy services.

This open procedure concerns Earth observation with regard to land cover / land use and geospatial methods and techniques. The intra-muros experts are requested to cooperate on a daily basis with the EEA Copernicus team in different areas and performing mainly the following tasks: designing concepts supporting calls for tender, supporting the management of production contracts, and assessing the quality of deliverables.

This open procedure concerns Earth observation with regard to land cover / land use and geospatial methods and techniques. Administrative support for project management includes tasks, such as support the creation and update of management documents; support to updates of production status and plan by gathering the status information of work packages; documentation: assistance to the creation of reporting and planning documentation; support the establishment of routine project communication methods to keep project stakeholders informed; support the identification of quality or scheduling issues and propose preventive actions; support the risk and change management process, and updates the risk and change logs, etc.
