The city of Tettnang is planning to build a three-part sports hall at the Manzenberg school campus in Tettnang. The client is the owner of the land area. The area intended for the construction of the sports hall is approx. 6,736 m². So far, the area has been used as an all-weather sports field, among other things.

The client intends to award the entire contract for the planning, construction, construction interim financing services (taking into account advance payments) as well as maintenance and inspection services for extended warranty periods (up to 10 years for roof/roof waterproofing) to a contractor who builds the new building on a turnkey basis.

The client will award the following services:

- the complete planning (object planning of buildings, MEP planning, statics, planning of open spaces/outdoor areas, etc.)

- Preparation/preparation of the site area including dismantling of the "red square"

- New construction of a three-field sports hall

- Creation of open spaces/outdoor facilities

- Maintenance/inspection for specifically defined trades/components
