The district of Waldshut is currently planning the new Klinikum Hochrhein. In addition to the clinic areas, areas are being created in the health park that are not fully used by the district itself, but are nevertheless to be developed in connection with the site-specific uses. The health park is a development with predominantly commercial use and a sustainable, innovative claim that needs to be defined even more precisely.

With an area of approx. 90,000 sqm, the health park can still be fully developed in terms of infrastructure on the basis of the urban master plan and connected to the existing federal road 34 with two traffic nodes. The various construction sites regarding construction logistics must be integrated in several construction phases as well as the numerous interfaces to the district, municipality, partial owners and suppliers.

The development for the entire area of the health park is carried out by the district of Waldshut as the developer on behalf of the municipality of Albbruck.

On the basis of these principles, a planning partner selected by the district is to provide the planning services of work phases 1 to 8 or 9 - essentially planning of the traffic facilities, the outdoor facilities, the technical development, necessary civil engineering structures and overall including construction management and local construction supervision.

Among other things, the infrastructure planning provides the basis for the B-plan procedure for the entire health park.
