Trøndelag County and associated municipalities and other enterprises shall enter into a framework agreement for the procurement of machines, tools, occupational clothing and protective gear. The agreement is divided in two lots and three geographical zones. Agreements for several lots shall be entered with one or several suppliers. See Annex 3 the price sheet.

The agreement must ensure good covering of requirements, low prices, reduced transaction costs for the contracting authority and supplier, increased use of eCommerce, better contract loyalty, mutual follow-up of agreements with a focus on continuous improvement, reduced environmental impact and compliance with the regulations.

The contracting authority reserves the right to hold competition separately for individual projects in the event of investments in new buildings or major reconstruction, renovation or maintenance works for existing buildings that require machines and tools. Larger projects are in this context defined as projects where the contracting authority shall procure machines and tools for a value exceeding NOK 100 000, excluding VAT.
