The plan is to build a new residential building with 46 residential units. The general contractor service is carried out on a turnkey basis, including implementation planning.

GESOBAU AG intends to award the turnkey construction of a new residential building with a total of 46 residential units to a high-performance general contractor who will take over all the necessary construction work and the implementation planning.
