Dynamic purchasing system (DAS) for the hiring of temporary staff for ICT and Information

The hiring of external ICT personnel takes place via a Dynamic Purchasing System (DAS). The Dynamic Purchasing System requires you to apply for admission, per function group/category for which you are interested. Admission ensures that you can compete for assignments that will be published via Mercell.

This Dynamic purchasing system hiring/secondment for ICT and Information Personnel was published on 15 December 2017 via Negometrix 3, tender 79535 . This same DAS Hiring/secondment staff is hereby migrated to Mercell Source to Contract and therefore published (again). The term and terms of the original DAS remain unchanged.

The DAS actually consists of 3 phases:

1. Application for authorisation

2. Admission

3. Request for quotation and assignment.
