Multi-awardee framework agreement for road development works and various networks on behalf of the order group consisting of CAMVS (coordinator of the group) and the member municipalities previously named. The services are divided into 2 lots: Lot 1 "Road works", Lot 2 "Miscellaneous network works". Each lot will be the subject of a framework agreement. Bidders have the opportunity to submit bids for all lots. Each lot will be awarded to a maximum of 5 economic operators (for Lot 1) and a maximum of 3 (for Lot 2) (subject to a sufficient number of tenders). The Framework Agreement is concluded for an initial period of 12 months from its notification. The Framework Agreement is tacitly renewed until its end. The number of renewal periods is set at 3. The duration of each renewal period is 12 months. The maximum duration of the contract, all periods combined, is 48 months
