The purpose of this contract is to designate an approved inspection body for the monitoring and technical control of the studies, the works contract and the execution of the following elements throughout the project:

- The closed structural work of the buildings, including the exterior joinery;

- Completions, such as flooring and wall coverings;

- All the work and completion of roads and exterior developments;

- Technical equipment (HVAC, sanitary ware, electricity, grey water recovery, municipal water supply and drainage network, rainwater, wastewater, fecal water, rainwater infiltration devices, lifting devices, computer systems, access control, lighting devices, photovoltaic,...) including their performance;

- Fire safety;

- The reuse of materials on site (steel frames, radiators, shelves, ...)

The control by this approved body will unreservedly allow the application of guarantees on all the works delivered, covering both the design and the execution and control of the execution of the works, covered by the insurers both contractors, contracting authority and service providers (architects, engineers, etc.). The mission of the Control Office aims at this primary objective, all the services described in these specifications are motivated by this objective.
