The subject of the contract is a service consisting in the performance of activities within the scope of the fourth level of corrective maintenance (PU4), referred to in the Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure of 12 October 2005 on the general technical conditions for the operation of railway vehicles, in two rail vehicles: type 213Ma series SA105-104 and 223M series SA139-006. The vehicles are the property of the Lubuskie Voivodeship and their user is a licensed carrier - POLREGIO SA. The scope of work going beyond the Maintenance System Documentation (DSU) is specified in the Description of the Subject of the Contract (OPZ).

Part 1 - Rail vehicle type 213Ma with series designation SA105-104, hereinafter referred to as the vehicle
