The assignment includes:

- delivery of hardware (phased, through purchase),

- supply of consumables,

- subscriptions for ladies hygiene boxes and air fresheners,

- resolve more complex malfunctions.

Outside the assignment:

- inventory management,

- first line breakdown service.

It concerns an agreement for a period of five years. After these years, the client has the option of extending the agreement five more times by one year.
