The Contracting Authority wants tender offers on electronic devices for measuring of non-invasive blood pressure, pulse and oxygen saturation in arterial blood, hereafter called electronic BT/SpO2 devices. The devices should be delivered complete with associated sleeve in normal/adult size and one (1) SpO2 finger-probe, as well as the associated mobile stand with basket.
There is a need to purchase different sized sleeves and different types of probes, hereunder finger-probes and ear-probes.
Some departments may require a simpler device that only measures non-invasive blood pressure and pulse in arterial blood. This device should also be delivered complete with associated sleeve in normal/adult size, as well as the associated mobile stand with basket.
The tender offer should also include training for health personnel, super-users and medical-technical personnel. The user training may be necessary when ordering a minimum of ten (10) devices, but the need for training of the super users will occur up to approximately two times per year. The medical-technical training should be carried out before the expiry of the first year of the agreement. year.
The devices will primarily be use on wards and at outpatient departments where there are about 50 different measurement of blood pressure, pulse and oxygen saturation carried out daily.
The first year of the agreement it may be necessary to order 10 — 20 devices in the first order, but the orders in the remaining agreement years will vary in scope and frequency.
The estimated scope of the purchase of electronic BT/SpO2 devices is 20 — 40 devices annually. For the simpler version of the device, the estimate is five devices annually. Use of sleeves and probes is estimated to be 1 to 2 SpO2 probes and 1 to 2 sleeves per device per year. There will also be necessary replacement of spare parts on the devices and the associated equipment.
