The purpose of eSamverkan is to develop and increase access to digital services for citizens and companies and thereby in the longer term increase the region's growth, attractiveness and accessibility.

Within the framework of eSamverkan, we have developed a methodology for how we work to introduce RPA in a municipality. The purpose of the procurement is to be able to offer UM a wide range of IT consulting services that cover the entire process described in the appendix.
