1. The subject of the contract is: purchase and supply of reagents for performing tests in the field of autoimmunity together with the lease of analyzers for medical entities of the Podkarpackie Voivodeship listed in Chapter I SWZ.

2. The description of the subject of the contract is contained in Appendix No. 4 to the SWZ Detailed description of the subject of the contract (SOPZ) and Appendix No. 3 to the SWZ. Draft provisions of the contract.

The implementation of the subject of the contract will take place in quantities, assortment and to the Ordering Parties indicated in Annex 4.SOPZ to the SWZ.

3.The Contracting Authority informs that before initiating the procedure, it conducted preliminary market consultations in accordance with Article 84 of the PPL Act.
