The subject of the contract is the collection, transport and management service of waste code 20 01 99 other unlisted selectively collected factions (ash) and 19 05 03 compost not meeting requirements and a successive collection, transport and waste management service with code 19 12 12 12, 15 01 05, 20 01 11, 20 01 10 and 20 03 07 components for the production of alternative fuel RDF originating from the Waste Management Plant “Clean Blue Kraina” Sp. z o.o. in Czarnówek in the quantity: 20 01 99 - 700 Mg

The subject of the order is the collection, transport and management of waste code 20 01 99 - other non-listed fractions collected selectively - ash:

1) the waste being the subject of this contract comes from the selective collection of municipal waste,

2) Reception of waste will take place from the site of the Waste Management Plant “Clean Blue Kraina” Sp. z o.o. in Czarnówko,

3) waste will be transferred to the Contractor in bulk,

4) The presence in the waste of bags in which waste is received from residents during selective collection shall be allowed,

5) waste will be transferred to the Contractor from the Contracting Authority's installation and loaded into the means of transport of the Contractor at the expense of the Contracting Authority and weighed on the weight of the Contracting Authority

6) Requirements for transport measures:

- receipt of hook devices in containers for replacement,

- vehicles with the emission standard min. EURO 5.

The Contractor is obliged to deliver containers to the premises of the Contracting Authority, in his own and at his expense, containers for the collection of waste,

7) Reception of waste by the Contractor will take place on working days at 7.00-18.00.during the 12 month period of the contract,

8) Method of waste management code 20 01 99 disposal or recovery with applicable laws, in particular in accordance with the Act of 27 April 2001 Environmental Protection Law (Journal of Laws of 2020, item 1219 as amended) and the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste (Journal of Laws of 2020, item 797, as amended).

The subject of the Order is: reception, transport, and processing by recovery of waste

Code 190503 — non-compliant compost (not suitable for

use), in the amount of 7000 Mg. The contractor will be required to use the waste to

remediation of degraded land or for remediation of landfill and must hold

authorisation to process waste code 190503 in the form of recovery or hold

integrated permit or waste transport authorisation 190503 and contract with the installation on which waste 190503 will be used together with a waste processing authorisation code 190503.

Waste Description: 190503 — compost not compatible with requirements (not suitable for

use), was produced in the process of sifting on a sieve with a mesh diameter of 0-20

mm of waste code 190599 - other not listed waste- stabilizate, and compost

manufactured in a plant for composting green waste on the territory of the Waste Management Plant “Clean Blue Kraina “Sp. z o.o. in Czarnówek. Waste code 190503 is a bulk form and can be used for remediation of landfills, and may be used as soil forming material for the filling of workings and other degraded sites:

1) The waste being the subject of this order comes from composting of mixed municipal waste, it is a fraction of 0 — 80 mm excreted on a sieve when sorting mixed municipal waste. ,

2) Reception of waste will take place from the site of the Waste Management Plant “Clean Blue Kraina” Sp. z o.o. in Czarnówko,

3) waste will be transferred to the Contractor in bulk,

4) waste will be transferred to the Contractor from the Contracting Authority's installation and loaded into the means of transport of the Contractor at the expense of the Ordering Party and weighed on the weight of the Contracting Authority,

5) Requirements for transport measures:

- Reception of equipment truck with a semi-trailer dump truck with a load capacity of mm. 20 tonnes,

- vehicles with the emission standard min. EURO 5.,

6) Reception of waste by the Contractor will take place on working days from 7.00-18.00.during the 12 month period of the contract,

7) The Contractor does not have to have its own installation, shall transfer waste to installations having appropriate administrative decisions (this decision will be annexed to the contract). The waste covered by this contract will be processed through the recovery and/or recycling process. The Contracting Authority shall not permit disposal by storage.

The Contracting Authority provides for the collection of waste in a quantity of approx. 7000 Mg. Note: The Contracting Authority informs that the waste quantities indicated above for collection during the period of the contract are only estimated. The actual amount of waste during the period of execution of the order will depend on the needs arising from the activities carried out by the Contracting Authority. Contractors will not be entitled to any claim against the Contracting Authority if the actual demand for services covered by the subject of the contract during the period of its execution is less than the assumed one indicated above. The performance of the service subject to the contract must be carried out in accordance with applicable law, in particular in accordance with the Act of 27 April 2001 Environmental Protection Law (Journal of Laws of 2020, item 1219 as amended) and with the Act of 14 December 2012 on Waste (Journal of Laws of 2020, item 1219 as amended) and the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste (Journal of Laws of 2020 r., item 797, d.).

The Contracting Authority shall each time draw up a Waste Transfer Card through an indicated account in the Database on products and packaging and waste management (in accordance with Article 67 (5) of the Waste Act dated 14 December 2012 (OJ 2021 item 779) and provide confirmation generate a card to the carrier of his choice. The Contractor is obliged to confirm the Waste Transfer Charter immediately after accepting the waste.

waste code 19 12 12 other waste (including mixed substances and objects) derived from the mechanical treatment of segregated and non-segregated municipal waste other than those listed in 19 12 11 component for the production of alternative fuel (RDF) in the quantity of approx. 12.000 Mg. Waste code 19 12 12 which is the subject of the order arises as a result of sorting of supersieve fraction (> 80 mm) separated from mixed municipal waste (code 20 03 01) and selectively collected packaging waste (waste from group 15 01) on the sorting line after sorting recyclable and reusable material fractions i.e. metal, glass, paper, plastics and multi-material packaging. These are fragmented waste, subjected to air and magnetic separation (so-called light fraction) and heavy fraction. The Contractor does not need to have its own installation, shall transfer waste to installations having appropriate administrative decisions (this decision will be annexed to the contract). The waste covered by this contract will be processed through the recovery and/or recycling process. The Ordering Party shall not allow disposal by storage (combustion heat > 6 MJ/kg).

waste code 15 01 05 — packaging multi-material component for the production of alternative fuel (RDF) in the quantity of approx. 500 Mg. Waste code 15 01 05 which is the subject of the order delivered to the plant selectively, is mainly high-calorie food trays (not containing juice, milk, etc.). The Contractor does not need to have its own installation, is to transfer waste to installations having appropriate administrative decisions (this decision will form an annex to the contract). The waste covered by this contract will be processed through the recovery and/or recycling process. The Ordering Party shall not allow disposal by storage (combustion heat > 6 MJ/kg).

The actual quantity of waste transferred to the management of codes 20 01 11, 20 01 10 according to the requisition of the Ordering Party approximately 200Mg. The Contractor shall not pursue any claims for increasing or reducing the amount of waste supplied. Implementation of service in a continuous system, adequate for aviation. Waste will be delivered to the Contractor's installation successively depending on the current demand of the Contractor. The code and type of waste delivered will be determined each time before the start of transport.

Loading of waste with codes 20 01 11, 20 01 10 and its cost and transport of waste with codes 20 01 11, 20 01 10 and its cost to the site of development lies on the side of the Ordering Party. Weighing of the components supplied by the Contracting Party will be carried out on the legalised weight of the Ordering Party and will be confirmed each time by proof of weighing. These documents shall form the basis for the issuance of an invoice by the Contractor. The value of each service will be calculated by multiplying the price offered by the Contractor in the offer for the use service 1 Mg by the amount of waste accepted.

The Contracting Authority stipulates that due to the direct production of waste supplied on an ongoing basis and the variable composition of waste installations with code 20 01 11 and 20 01 10, there is no possibility to determine the quantitative, qualitative and morphological parameters of waste guaranteed by the Contracting Authority transmitted to the Contractor under this Agreement. Consequently, the Contractor may not pursue any claims from the Contracting Authority for this title.

waste code 20 03 07 — large waste component for the production of alternative fuel (RDF) recycling approximately 5000Mg. Waste code 20 03 07 which is the subject of the order is waste from direct collection of waste 'at source', with variable morphological composition, high calorie.
