The Studierendenwerk Bremen AöR intends to announce the “supply and installation of furniture and kitchens” for 380 residential complex places in 335 apartments (single rooms, 2-piece shared apartments, 4-seater shared apartments).

The versions for the “supply and installation of furniture and kitchens” described in the service specification and the specifications (Appendix 1) are to be offered. Only products that match these descriptions may be offered.

Local reality/conditions:

The property can be approached freely. A general local appointment for all bidders is not intended. Transloading, multiple approaches etc. may be required to be included in the unit prices.

The AN does not claim to closed or exclusive storage and assembly areas within the building. The storage of building materials and materials, hazardous materials and the parking of construction vehicles, machinery, containers and sanitation is prohibited in public areas.

Furnishing the apartments:

The following apartment typologies were planned for the residential complex:

1. 276 standard single rooms,

2. 26 wheelchair-friendly single rooms,

3. 2 wheelchair-accessible single rooms

4. 24 2-seater shared apartments,

5. 7 4-seater shared apartments.

The exact furniture items and kitchens can be found in the specifications (Appendix 1). The delivery point within the meaning of VOL/B is the room to be set up in each case.

Complete facility:

The individual furnishings for the entire residential complex should match each other in form, colours and materials, i.e. they come from a series and are coordinated with each other. Contiguous and continuous furnishing of single rooms and shared flats must be ensured.

Execution date:

Kitchen and furniture must be delivered and assembled between Monday, January 10, 2022 and Thursday, February 10, 2022, during daily business hours between 7.30 am and 3 pm.

The contracts' services must thus be completed by February 10, 2022 at 3 pm at the latest.
