Stadtwerke Treuchtlingen, as its own company of the city of Treuchtlingen, intends to rehabilitate the outdoor pool of the Altmühltherme Treuchtlingen, as the outdoor swimming pool is in a structurally disrepair state.
For the planning of this project, the corresponding object planning services for buildings and outdoor facilities, each HOAI service phases 1 to and including 5 in accordance with §§ 34 para. 3, 39 paragraph 3 HOAI have already been awarded. At the time the contract is awarded, performance phase 5 will be largely completed.

As part of this procurement procedure, the
- property planning services for buildings, service phases 6 to and including 9 according to § 34 para. 3 HOAI and
- property planning services for outdoor facilities, service phases 6 up to and including 9 according to § 39 paragraph 3 HOAI,
be commissioned.
Specialised planning services for structural structures and electrical planning (bath water and technology) have been commissioned and billed on a demand-oriented basis for directing (according to hourly expenditure).
Cost calculation currently envisages construction costs of approximately EUR 3.446 million gross for cost groups 300 to 700.
