This is a framework agreement with purchase orders concluded from the date of its notification for one year, tacitly renewable 3 times per year within the limit of 4 years for the entire contract. The services are paid for by unit prices up to a limit of €100,000 excluding VAT per period, i.e. a maximum of €400,000 excluding VAT for the entire contract. The contract provides for the possibility of subsequently awarding the contract holder with one or more contracts for the performance of similar services
