1. The subject of the contract is to carry out monitoring tests of eels, troci and salmon originating from inland waters of Poland as part of the implementation of the Multiannual Programme for the Collection of Fisheries Data.
2. The subject of the contract includes the performance of 5 tasks:
1) task 1 - “Study fishing fishing of river troci and salmon in rivers of Poland”;
2. Task 2 — 'Research fishing for salmon fry and troci (electro-half) ';
3. Task 3 — 'Set of economic data on eels economy';
4) task 4 — “Study of the population of European eel originating in inland waters of Poland”;
5) task 5 — “Study of the intensity of the contratant migration of juvenile forms of European eel in the rivers of northern Poland”,
hereinafter referred to as “tasks”. Each task consists of collecting and compiling the data obtained in accordance with Annex 7 to the SWZ (description of the subject of the order).
3. The subject of the contract will be implemented in accordance with Commission Implementing Decision C(2021) 9984 of 22.12.2021.

3. The subject of the agreement will be implemented in accordance with Commission Implementing Decision C (2021) 9984 of 22.12.2021 approving Poland's work plan on data collection in the fisheries and aquaculture sector 2022-2024.
