The subject of this contract is the purchase of electricity, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 10 April 1997. Energy Law (hereinafter: PE) by the Contracting Authority and other entities for their buildings and infrastructure (in accordance with their authorizations) or to infrastructure in which the Ordering Party or indicated entities are a party to the distribution agreement. This order does not include electricity distribution services. The quality parameters of electricity are specified in the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of 4 May 2007 on the detailed conditions for the operation of the power system. The order covers the sale of energy in the period from 01.01.2024 to 31.12.2025

The Ordering Party informs that: - during the term of the contract concerning the contract in question, the Contracting Authority will perform the order depending on the needs of the Ordering Party, which cannot be precisely determined. Thus, the Ordering Party does not guarantee the use of 100% of the volume specified in Annexes 1.1 to 1.16 to the SWZ. The Contractor is not entitled to any financial or legal claims in this respect. In relation to the entities indicated in Chapter I, points 1 to 16 of the SWZ, the Contracting Authority guarantees that it will execute the contract at a level not lower than 60% of the volume specified in Annexes 1.1 to No. 1.16 to the SWZ. - as a result of concluding new contracts for distribution services or in economically justified situations for the Ordering Party, some of the parameters listed in Annexes 1.1 to No. 1.16 to the SWZ may change. Such a situation may concern contractual capacity or tariff (technical reasons), but the change may be made only within the tariff groups located in the subject of the contract. - the estimated electricity consumption of the entities listed in Annexes 1.1 to 1.16 to the SWZ was made with due diligence, however, it is indicative. - for connection points listed in Annexes 1.1 to 1.16 to SWZ, the role of the Distribution System Operator (hereinafter: DSO) is performed by the company: TAURON DYSTRYBUCJA The Contractor must have concluded and binding an agreement, the so-called General Distribution Agreement, with a local DSO, on the basis of which it may sell electricity via the distribution network of this DSO to all facilities of the Contracting Authority indicated in Annexes 1.1 to No. 1.16 to SWZ A detailed list of which points are serviced by which DSO and energy trading company the Contracting Authority will provide the Contractor with these proceedings after signing sales contracts in accordance with the template of attachments from No. 5.1 to No. 5.16. Total estimated annual electricity consumption for all entities 11 847.29 MWh. Total estimated electricity consumption during the term of the contract 23 694.59 MWh.
