The subject of the contract is a service consisting in the collection and management of municipal waste from the owners of real estate and facilities and places indicated by the Ordering Party from the area of the Municipality of Pierzchnica, in accordance with applicable regulations, in particular with the provisions of the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1297, as amended), the current resolution of the Pierzchnica Commune Council on the adoption of the Maintenance Regulations cleanliness and order in the Municipality of Pierzchnica and the provisions of the Waste Management Plan of the Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship.
2. The service should be provided in accordance with applicable regulations, in particular:
a) the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2022, item 699)
(b) the Law of 27 April 2001. Environmental Protection Law (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2021, item 1973),
c) the Regulation of the Minister of the Environment of 11 January 2013
1.The subject of the contract is the service of waste collection, transfer for disposal and payment for the disposal of municipal waste from the commune's households and facilities and places indicated by the Municipality. 1.1.The subject of the contract in particular includes: - collection and management of solid waste from households, - collection and management of municipal solid waste, - collection and management of segregated waste from households (bags),Frequency of collection and export of waste:1) mixed waste:- in the period from 1 April to 31 October - one collection for two weeks from the entire municipality (in each year of validity of the contract);- in the period from 1 November to 31 March - one collection per month from the entire municipality (in each year of the contract). 2) separately collected waste – a minimum of one collection per month from the entire municipality (in each year of the contract).
Collection, export and management should take place in accordance with the guidelines of the Provincial Waste Management Plan for the Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship and the provisions of Polish law. - transport of waste, - fee for the transfer of waste for disposal, - maintaining order and cleanliness around the containers, in particular when loading waste, - emptying street bins in the municipality of Pierzchnica set up at playgrounds and outdoor gyms, watchtowers, village common rooms and bus stops (providing bags and their replacement), - collecting all waste from the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (PSZOK), including the collection of ash from furnaces Kielecka 20 (export and transfer of waste collected there according to needs at least once a month) (in each year of the contract);- collection of large-size items, electronic and electrical equipment from the Area of the Municipality of Pierzchnica - min. once a year or more often in accordance with the contractor's offer for the waste recovery and disposal installation, in accordance with the waste hierarchy referred to in the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste, - providing containers for municipal waste in PSZOK in the amount of min. 5 containers KP 7, 3 containers 1100 l, 4 containers min.110 l, container for ash. Disinfection of containers and containers in accordance with applicable regulations, - delivery to households of bags for selective collection of waste for paper and waste paper, glass, plastics and metals and bags for mixed waste.
