— responsive repairs and renewals to tenanted properties, internal and external communal areas (all trades),

— void repairs, renewals, clearance and cleaning (minor and major work),

— out of hours service to make safe works classed as emergencies,

— the contracting authority may wish to appoint a framework provider to enter into one or more joint venture special purpose corporate vehicles during the currency of the framework in relation to 1 or more Lots.
