The subject of the contract is the management of biodegradable waste as part of a replacement installation to the extent and under the conditions specified in Annex 1 to the SWZ.

The subject of the contract is the management of biodegradable waste as part of a replacement installation. The Ordering Party operates an installation for the processing of selectively collected green waste and other bio-waste and the production of a product with fertilizing properties or plant growth aids that meet the requirements set out in separate regulations, or material after the composting process, meeting the requirements set out in the regulations issued on the basis of Article 30 paragraph 4 of the Waste Act (hereinafter referred to as the Ordering Party's Installation). The Ordering Party's Installation accepts m.in waste collected

from property owners from the City of Bydgoszcz and surrounding municipalities. The contract concerns the acceptance for management of waste with codes 20 02 01, 20 03 02 separately collected,

including from the area of the municipality of the City of Bydgoszcz, in the event of a failure of the Ordering Party's Installation, due to the failure of the weighing equipment in the Ordering Party's Installation or the occurrence of other reasons preventing the acceptance or management of waste

in the Ordering Party's Installation. The order concerns, in particular, waste collected from the owners of all real estate in the City of Bydgoszcz by entities selected through a tender for the period from 1 January 2024 to 31 December 2028, announced by the municipality of the City of Bydgoszcz, the management of which in the Ordering Party's Installation is covered by a separate agreement.
