Public transport services in coaches with drivers
Collective transport for groups in coaches with a minimum of 55 seats and driversthe group transport service by coach with driver for children and families attending the social, cultural and sports centres and local facilities of the City of Nîmes, for various cultural, leisure and sports activities during school holidays and outside school holidays. The most common destinations are nearby Nîmes and agglomeration, La Grande Motte, Le Grau du Roi, La Barben, Montpellier, Avignon, Marseille, Pont du Gard, Monteux, non-exhaustive list. This contract was awarded according to an open tendering procedure, pursuant to Articles R2124-2-1°, R2161-2 to R2161-5 of the French Public Procurement Code. The services are the subject of a framework agreement giving rise to the issuance of purchase orders, entered into pursuant to Articles L2125-1-1°, R2162-1 to R2162-6, R2162-13 and R2162-14 of the French Public Procurement Code. Pursuant to Article R2162-4-1° of the same code, it is concluded with an economic operator, with a minimum amount and a maximum amount in value.all the services will be remunerated by applying the unit prices to the quantities actually performed.the performance of the services is not divided into tranches
Night-time public transport for groups in coaches with a minimum of 55 seats with driver, except during school holidays, between 6 p.m. and 5 a.m. (except for exceptional hours)the bus transport service with driver for student galas or any other events organised by the Youth Service of the City of Nîmes as part of its prevention missions.
