The purpose of this adoption is to ensure the drivability and safety of road users in the district D412 (Oudenaarde) of the province of East Flanders along the regional roads and their appurtenances by carrying out maintenance and

repair work on the existing green heritage and the execution of periodic cleanliness maintenance.

The contract mainly comprises:

- carrying out management and maintenance work on the existing grass verges and planting (mowing of verges, shearing hedges, maintenance of planting areas, etc.);

- pruning and felling of

line trees along the regional roads;

- limited (re)planting works and the maintenance of these plantations during the

warranty period;

- the collection and disposal of litter;

- carrying out cleanliness maintenance work on the pavements of roads and cycle paths (sweeping pavements, cleaning escape hills and raised paved devices);

- cleaning street eddies, aquadrains and research wells;

- emptying waste bins,

- the periodic cleaning of resting place furniture and waste bins;

- the clearing of locks;

- profiling of verges by excavation;

- Repair of damage to the green heritage (after accidents) and

netheidsonderhoud (sluikstortingen e.d.);

- carrying out directing work (e.g. after storm damage, etc.) insofar as these works cannot be compensated according to the other items of the borderel and are not a contracting charge;

- the installation, maintenance and removal of all regulatory site signage necessary for the execution of all the aforementioned works;

- the disposal of all waste resulting from the work carried out in accordance with the

provisions of these specifications.
