1. The object of the contract is the purchase of electricity for the facilities of the Municipality of Miechów (as defined in Annex 4.1 to 4.8 to the SIWZ “List of energy collection points”) in individual tariff groups of approximately 9 000 000 kWh:

One tariff zone valid around the clock. At present tariff G11 and C 11 TAURON SA
II tariff group —with a requirement of less than 40 kW. Tariff based on two clearing zones: day and night. Settlement zones are in force:
Daily - 14 hours per day.
Night — 10 hours per day, of which 8 consecutive hours between 22:00 and 6:00 hours and 2 consecutive hours between 13:00 and 15:00. At present tariff C 12b, C 12a TAURON SA
III tariff group — for points with a need greater than 40 kW.
The projected amount of electricity consumption for each tariff group (G11, C11, C12B, C12A, C21) during the delivery period is approximately 9,000,000 kWh.
