The housing analysis is a digital tool that helps municipalities realise the potential for energy savings and the transition to climate-friendly heating in private homes. The housing analysis is based on a wide range of data sources, including BBR, Plandata, the Energy Labelling Scheme and others. Municipalities have the opportunity to communicate purposefully to building owners and initiate campaigns by setting segmentation criteria across data sources to find relevant homes. The supplier must continue the development of the Housing Analysis, handle a number of operational tasks and conduct user activities on behalf of the Danish Energy Agency. It is a requirement for the solution of the task that the supplier uses the already developed foundation for further development.

It is a requirement for the solution of the task that the supplier uses the already developed foundation for further development, and involves both the Danish Energy Agency and the users in the task solution. The supplier handles the daily operation of Boliganalysen, regarding everything from data management, project management and organization to user support and steering committee service. The housing analysis is built in the CMS Drupal 9. The supplier must be responsible for ongoing CMS updates of the Housing Analysis.
