The framework agreement will cover electrician services and associated materials to cover the need in all municipal buildings, housing, and sites such as schools, nurseries, residential and activity centres, nursing and old peoples homes, swimming pools and sports centres, office buildings, arts centres, health centres, and works buildings, etc. The list is not exhaustive. 

The framework agreement will cover electrician services on/in municipal buildings/sites that are connected to:

- Repairs

- Maintenance

- Improvements

- Minor alterations

- Low current part

- Safetel fire alarm system

- Fire and emergency lighting telephone exchanges

- Fire loops and fire controls

- Esgraf

- Access control

- ICT

- Thermo photography of el-boards (approx. 1/3 each year).

The framework agreement also includes service work/fixed annual inspections of fire alarms, fire controls, access control, and emergency lighting/escape routes.

This also includes inspection of and updates to the Esgraf application (graphical presentation and remote control of the fire alarm installations),

as well as escape plans.
