Award procedure of the city of Mühlacker for the award of TGA planning HLSK acc. Part 4 Section 2, §§ 53 ff. HOAI.
The city administration of Mühlacker intends to renovate the Wendler elementary school in the following years.
This school, which was built in 1950 and consists of a main building and a toilet extension, is located in the Mühlack district of Lomersheim and currently houses around 130 primary school students in five classes. Twelve teachers are currently employed at the school to look after the students.
The building consists of four floors and an attic (basement, ground floor, first floor, 1st floor, attic) and has a gross floor area of approx. 2,400 m
In the basement there is currently a caretaker's apartment as well as a workroom and individual storage and technical rooms. The total of eight classrooms are located on the ground floor and first floor of the school, while the 1st floor is currently used as an administration and conference area.
