The subject of the contract are services covering the organization of nature and art camps on the Baltic Sea, in the Polish mountains, educational and recreational camps on the Baltic Sea, Masurian or Pomeranian Lake District or Wielkopolska for children and youth and an educational and tourist camp in Greece combined with learning about the culture and history of the region for secondary school students and students from the Kleszczów Commune in 2023, divided into 7 parts (tasks).

1. Task 1: 10-day (9 nights) nature and art camp "Artistic Variety" for primary school students from grades I-III, for 55 people in one stay in the period between 29.07.2023 and 31.08.2023 at the Baltic Sea.

3. Under criterion No. 2, max. 40.00 points, including:

3.1. a resort with its own direct descent to the beach, which will be used by participants during swimming - no further than 500 meters from the facility where the group of participants will be accommodated (distance measured by the shortest pedestrian route according to Google Maps) - 10.00 points,

3.2. indoor swimming pool inside the building on the territory of the resort where the group will be accommodated with the possibility of free use by participants at least twice during the duration of the camp after a minimum of 1 clock hour - 10.00 points.

3.3. a hotel facility (guesthouse or hotel) with a category of at least 2** (two stars) entered into the Central List of Hotel Facilities - 15.00 points,

3.4. organizing a festival of colors on or outside the facility combined with fun in groups using certified Holi powders - 5.00 points,

1. Task 2: 7-day (6 nights) nature and art camp "Artistic Variety" for primary school students from grades I-III, for 66 people in one stay in the period between 29.07.2023 and 31.08.2023 in the mountains of Polish.

3.1. indoor swimming pool inside the building in the resort where the group will be accommodated with the possibility of free use by participants at least twice during the camp, after a minimum of 1 clock hour - 10.00 points.

3.2. outdoor swimming pool in the resort where the group will be accommodated with the possibility of free use by participants at least twice during the camp after a minimum of 1 clock hour - 10.00 points,

3.3. a hotel facility (guesthouse or hotel) with a category of at least 2** (two stars) entered into the Central List of Hotel Facilities - 15.00 points,

3.4. organizing a festival of colors on or outside the facility combined with fun in groups using certified Holi powders - 5.00 points,

1. Task 3: 10-day (9 nights) educational and recreational camp "Artistic Variety" for primary school students from grades IV to VI, for 120 people in one or two stays (one stay of 60 people, the other of 60 people) in the period between 29.07.2023 and 31.08.2023 at the Baltic Sea.

Task 6: 12-day (9 nights) educational and tourist camp for secondary school students (minors and adults), combined with learning about the culture and history of the region for 96 people in one or two stays (one stay of 56 people, the other camp of 40 people) in the period between 29.07.2023 and 31.08.2023 in Greece, in the region of the Olympic Riviera.

3.4. excursion to Thessaloniki including guided bus tour (Archaeological Museum, Basilica of Agios Dimitrios, Ano Poli, Port, White Tower) and stay in the water park "Waterland" minimum 4 clock hours

Task 7: 12-day (9 nights) educational and tourist camp for secondary school students (minors), combined with learning about the culture and history of the region for 116 people in one or two stays (one stay of 66 people, the other of 50 people) in the period between 29.07.2023 and 31.08.2023 in Greece, in the Olympic Riviera region.
