The route nursing home is erected for KAB, Copenhagen in a delegate builder model. The residential home with 120 residences constitutes a total of approximately 10,500 sq m of floor area, a basement of 650 m² and other (technique etc.) of 494 m². The total built area is 12,930 sq.
