Provision of a Design Team to develop refurbishment re-modelling, conversion, re-development and new build designs for 5 of V2C's Sheltered Complexes. To modernise sheltered schemes to meet future tenant aspirations. Specifically, the provision of Lead Designer, Architectural, QS, Engineering and Structural Services to develop an agreed set of design and improvement/re-modelling proposals to refurbish and where feasible, extend or convert or re-develop these complexes.
