Lawrencetown N.S. is a primary school under the patronage of the Catholic Diocese of Clonfert.

Please see attached Project Brief & Schedule of Additional Accommodation.

Please note in particular Section 5.2.6 regarding Department of Education M&E Proposal.

In summary, the project will comprise:

• 1 x SET Room 15m2

• Giving a floor area including Circulation of 21.8m2

• Two Classroom SEN Base 359 m2

Giving a floor area (incl circulation and internal walls of 459.5 m2

Giving a Gross Floor Area (including circulation, internal walls & stairs) 481 m2
