The assignment includes:

- Supplying Touchscreens including accessories;

- Disassembling (including draining), placing, installing and assembling the Touchscreens;

- Supporting and moving the Touchscreens;

- Providing solicited and unsolicited advice;

- Providing user instructions /training and support;

- Providing maintenance, service and warranty;

Optionally included in the assignment:

- MDM management Touchscreens (Central management).

It concerns a Framework Agreement for the duration of 4 years. After these years, the Client has the option to extend the Agreement twice for a period of 12 months. The Contracting Authority opts for an optionally longer term of the framework agreement since the usual depreciation period for digiboards is 6 years.

Expected decline

Zinder expects that approximately between 90 and 100 Touchscreens will be replaced in the coming years. This is based on the current depreciation periods of the Touchscreens. This is only an expectation, no rights can be derived from this. A school director can decide for himself whether and when the Touchscreen will be replaced, school directors can be provided with advice by the ICT department. The maximum value of this framework agreement is set out in Annex C Draft Framework Agreement. When this value is reached, the Framework Agreement is automatically terminated.
