The subject of the contract is the successive supply of office supplies to the courts of appeal szczecińskiej.SA acting on its own behalf and for the common courts of appeal in Szczecin (hereinafter referred to as the "courts") on the basis of the authorization of the Minister of Justice made by the Order of 2 June 2021 on the designation of the central contracting authority and contracting authority competent to conduct procurement procedures or award contracts for organizational units subordinate to or supervised by the Minister of Justice and the organisation of supplies and services in the ordinary courts.

1. The subject of the contract is the successive supply of office supplies to the courts of appeal in Szczecin. 2. Deliveries shall be made in the form of partial deliveries, on the basis of orders placed by judicial units, via the Ordering Party's IT system, to the e-mail address indicated by the Contractor. 3.
