The work consists of the provision of technical collaboration services in preparatory work necessary for each phase of the land restructuring process, regulated by Law 4/2015, of 17 June, on the Improvement of the Territorial Agrarian Structure of Galicia (DOG No. 131 of 14.7.2015), hereinafter Metaga.

The process of land land restructuring includes the following phases:

(a) bases for land restructuring;

(b) land restructuring agreement;

c) act of reorganization of property.

The process of land restructuring includes the following complementary and necessary actions for its development:

(a) the preparation of the cartographic land plans;

(b) Preparation of the previous environmental document and the environmental impact study, if applicable;

(c) elaboration of the plan for the management of premises with a special agrarian vocation;

(d) elaboration of the work plan;

(e) implementation of relay premises;

(f) registration registration.
