The Advisory Offering is conducted as a limited pre-qualification offering in accordance with the utilities directive.

The contracting entity offers a framework agreement for technical advice comprising 2 separate sub-agreements. Sub-agreement 1 is called "Planning and modeling" and sub-agreement 2 is called "Design".

The client wishes to enter into an agreement with 2 partners per part contract to cover the contractor's need for technical advice during the framework agreement period for the solution of ongoing consultancy tasks.

Samn Forsyning ApS is responsible for the operation and administration of water supply and wastewater on behalf of, among other things. entity. Samn Forsyning ApS also assumes the role of project manager and design manager on the individual tasks under the framework agreement.

Subpart 1 - "Planning and Modeling":

The consultancy services are described in Appendix B benefits description Part 1, and primarily concern retail design and sparring in relation to the following categories of tasks:

- Support for the preparation of a waste water plan,

- Mike Urban models,

- Climate adaptation,

- Recipient reviews,

- Preparation of applications,

- Tasks in general / ad-hoc tasks.

Subsection 2 - "Design":

The consultancy services are described in Appendix C Benefit Description - Part Agreement 2, and primarily concern planning in relation to:

- Rain and wastewater systems,

- Geotechnics and groundwater,

- Environmental assessments,

- Construction structures,

- Pipe strength calculation,

- Management coordination.
