The subject of the order is the successive delivery of brand new automotive spare parts, tires, accessories for servicing and repairing SKW company vehicles according to the brands of vehicles belonging to the Ordering Party's fleet specified in the Description of the subject of the order, delivered for multiple orders by phone, fax or e-mail in the years 2023-2026.
A detailed description of the order is contained in the contract documents, in particular in the description of the subject matter of the contract — OPZ, which is Annex 2 to the Specification of the Terms of Order (SWZ).
The subject of the contract is the successive delivery of brand new automotive spare parts, tires, accessories for servicing and repairing SKW company vehicles according to the brands of vehicles belonging to the Ordering Party's fleet specified in the Description of the Subject of the Order, delivered for multiple orders by phone, fax or e-mail in the years 2023-2026.
Vehicles up to 5 years of age, parts and accessories in quality not less than – OE and/or OEM. Vehicles between the ages of 6 and 10, parts and accessories in quality not less than OEM and/or OEQ. Vehicles over 10 years old, parts and accessories in OEQ quality.
Breakdown of parts into categories in accordance with Commission Regulation (EU) No 461/2010 of 27 May 2010:
— OE — original spare parts sold with the logo of the car manufacturer,
— OEM — original parts, derived from the label that supplies parts for the so-called first assembly,
— OEQ — replacements of comparable quality to original parts that have undergone research in the respective institutes. They also meet the manufacturer's criteria.
The Contractor undertakes to provide a minimum of 12 monthly warranty for the assortment provided, but not less than the manufacturer's warranty.
The Contracting Authority does not envisage awarding the contract referred to in Article 214(1)(7) and (8) of the Act of 11.9.2019 "Public Procurement Law" (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1605), hereinafter referred to as the "Act".
