Description:
Purchase of Electricity for local government and other entities - XXXVIII MAE Purchasing Group

The subject of this contract is the purchase of electricity for own purposes, in accordance with the provisions of the Energy Law Act by the Ordering Party listed in point 3 of SWZ. The estimated total electricity demand in the order period i.e. from 01.01.2022 to 31.01.2023 is 18,380 906,00 kWh.

a) Tariff Cxx lighting - purchase of electricity for the years 2022 - 2023 for objects detailed in Annex No 1.1 to SWZ

Estimated total electricity demand is 2,513,990.00 kWh

Including:

for the period from 01.01.2022 to 31.12.2022 is 1,256,995,00 kWh

for the period from 01.01.2023 to 31.12.2023 is 1,256,995,00 kWh

b) Tariff Cxx, Gxx - purchase of electricity for 2022 - 2023 for objects detailed in Annex 1.2 to SWZ.

Estimated total electricity demand is 3,931,384.00 kWh

Including:

for the period from 01.01.2022 to 31.12.2022 is 2,028,477.00 kWh

for the period from 01.01.2023 to 31.12.2023 is 1,892 907.00 kWh

c) Tariff Bxx - purchase of electricity for 2022 to 2023/2024 for the objects detailed in Annex 1.3 to SWZ.

Estimated total electricity demand is 11,945,532.00 kWh

Including:

in the period from 01.02.2022 to 31.12.2022 is 5,471,369.00 kWh

in the period from 01.01.2023 to 31.01.2024 is 6,474,163.00 kWh
