The purpose of the framework contract is to have several linked training products covering courses on a number of topic areas in the field of humanitarian action and helpdesk services.
The following areas are to be specifically covered:
(1) courses on the current and future Framework Partnership Agreement (FPA) as well as on the Financial and Administrative Framework Agreement (FAFA) and related procedures (classroom and/or e-learning);
(2) courses on the best practices and standards in delivering humanitarian aid (classroom and/or e-learning);
(3) courses on project and contract management (classroom);
(4) induction courses for new recruits to DG ECHO (classroom);
(5) training of trainers (classroom);
(6) a helpdesk that is related to the issues covered in the courses;
(7) the edition of a monthly newsletter for DG ECHO partners;
(8) the development and maintenance of a dedicated website.
The courses will be designed and delivered by different means in different formats, languages and locations.
