1. The subject of the contract includes the execution of construction works consisting in the modernization of the road, i.e.: Modernization of the county road No. 1029F from km 0+000 to km 1+908.
2. A detailed description of the subject matter of the order is set out in Annex I.2 to SWZ and
referred to in paragraphs 3.4 and 3.5 of the Terms of Reference.
3. The subject of the contract should be performed in accordance with the design documentation and the Technical Specifications for the Execution and Acceptance of Works included in Appendix I.5 to the Terms of Reference.
NOTE: The attached design documentation covers section DP1029F from km 0+000 to km 4+816.20. In this contract, only the section from km 0+000 to km 1+908, i.e. up to the dividing border between plots 384/1 and 554/3, will be implemented.
4. The detailed scope of works is specified in the cost estimate included in Appendix I.4 to the Terms of Reference, which should be submitted together with the offer in accordance with section 6.1.6) of the Terms of Reference.
