The triplequadrupole mass spectrometer (MSMS) to be procured will be used to determine organic environmental pollutants in human matrices such as urine and blood. The device is intended to replace an API4000 MSMS from 2004, which is coupled with an HPLC Agilent 1290 Infinity II (procurement 2020) and must be highly compatible with it. The main field of application should be the detection of substances down to the ultratrace range. It must be possible to minimise matrix effects/disturbances by diluting the target analytes in the matrix. For these tasks, a highly sensitive and selective MS/MS is required, which should have the following technical data and equipment. The requirements can be found in the specifications.
