The management company will support Ircantec in the management of an OPPCI "Villiers Immobilier". The objective of Villiers Immobilier is to build real estate assets for Ircantec. Investments are mainly made directly by Villiers Immobilier. As an exception, Villiers Immobilier may create a subsidiary to make an acquisition for regulatory reasons or to take a stake in an existing structure. The management of the assets of the mandate will be carried out through a collective investment undertaking (OPPCI) that has been approved by a duly authorized authority. The OPPCI will have to be approved by the AMF, have its headquarters in France and will have to take the form of an Alternative Investment Fund (AIF). The delegate of the accounting management (the developer) will not be designated by Ircantec.
