The object of the order is the service.
The subject of the contract includes:
Receiving and landscaping of municipal waste from all properties located within the administrative boundaries of the Municipality of Sandomierz, where the inhabitants reside.
Equipment with containers and bags of inhabited property located within the administrative boundaries of the Municipality of Sandomierz.
The estimated amount of waste to be collected from properties inhabited in 2023 is 5614.6 Mg.

Estimated amount of waste to be collected from properties inhabited in 2023 (basic order)
Based on the amounts of individual types of municipal waste collected directly from inhabited properties from the Sandomierz Commune in 2021 and the amount of individual types of municipal waste collected directly from the Sandomierz Commune in the period I-VIII 2022, the following amounts of municipal waste are forecast to be collected from properties inhabited from the Sandomierz Commune in 2023 (according to the types of waste):

The amounts of waste indicated above are estimates given for the purposes of the Contractor's preparation of the offer and the Contractor's calculation of the maximum contract value. These quantities may change during the execution of the order. When preparing a tender offer, the Contractor should, on the basis of the above information as well as publicly available data, take into account the risk of changing the number of residents served, a possible increase in the number of properties served, the amount of waste received (in particular their increase) within the municipal waste management system. During the term of the contract, the Contracting Authority shall make available to the Contractor lists of newly submitted properties for service.

- Inf. on the collection and frequency of municipal waste collection, equipment with containers and bags, waste collection schedule, management of municipal waste collected from property owners, Contractor's obligations in the field of reporting and in the field of information and educational activities, sanitary standard of contract performance and environmental protection, obligation to keep documentation related to the activities covered by the contract, detailed procedure in the field of in the case of non-selective waste collection, detailed requirements for entrepreneurs collecting municipal waste from property owners and other conditions for the provision of services.
- Inf. on subcontractors, joint application for the award of a contract, reliance on the resources of other entities, the requirement of employment (in accordance with Article 95 paragraph 1 of the Upzp) by the Contractor or subcontractor on the basis of an employment relationship are in the SWZ.
The Purchaser does not provide:
-the obligation/does not allow the Contractor to carry out a local inspection and check by him the documents necessary for the performance of the contract available on the spot at the Ordering Party, referred to in Article 131 paragraph 2 of the UpZP,
- optional grounds for the exclusion of Contractors on the basis of Article 109 of the Upzp.
Contractors who are not subject to exclusion may apply for the award of the contract on the following grounds:
- Article 108(1) of the UPZP,
- Article 7(1) of the Act of 13 April 2022 on special arrangements for counteracting support for aggression against Ukraine and protecting national security,
- Article 5k of Council Regulation (EU) No 833/2014 of 31 July 2014 concerning restrictive measures in view of Russia's actions destabilising the situation in Ukraine, including subcontractors, suppliers or entities whose capacities are relied upon within the meaning of the Public Procurement Directives, where they account for more than 10 % of the contract value.
The grounds for exclusion are regulated in detail by the SWZ.
