The subject of the contract is: Purchase of furniture for the needs of various units of the University of Opole, divided into 6 parts.

1. The subject of the contract is: purchase and delivery of swivel chairs for the needs of the Main Chancellery of the University of Opole – 2 pcs.

2. The description of the subject of the contract is: for lot no. 1: Annex No. 1.1. to the SWZ.

3. The subject of the contract is the delivery and submission of the subject of the contract with the parameters specified in the description of the subject of the contract / contract (Annex No. 1.1. to the SWZ). within the time limit indicated in the SWZ.

4. Deadline for the implementation of the subject of the contract: up to twenty-one [21] calendar days from the date of conclusion of the contract.

5. The deadline for the completion of the subject of the contract indicated in point 4 is the maximum deadline. The Contractor may indicate a shorter deadline for the performance of the subject of the contract, but not shorter than up to seven [ 7 ] calendar days from the date of conclusion of the contract.

6. The Contractor shall provide the Contracting entity with a guarantee for the devices being the subject of the contract. The Contractor shall indicate in the offer form the warranty period for the subject of the contract. The contractor is obliged to indicate in the tender the guarantee period for the subject of the contract specified in the "number of months"; not less than twenty-four [24] months and not more than forty-eight [48] months.

The subject of the contract in part No. 2 is: Purchase and delivery of storage racks for the needs of ICSM of the University of Opole.

2. Description of the subject of the order states: for Part No 2: Annex No 1.2. to SWZ.

3. The subject of the contract is the delivery and submission of the subject of the contract with the parameters specified in the description of the subject of the contract / contract (Annex No. 1.2. to the SWZ). within the time limit indicated in the SWZ.

4. Deadline for the implementation of the subject of the contract: up to sixty [ 60 ] calendar days from the date of conclusion of the contract.

5. The deadline for the completion of the subject of the contract indicated in point 4 is the maximum deadline. The Contractor may indicate a shorter deadline for the performance of the subject of the contract, but not shorter than up to thirty [30] calendar days from the date of conclusion of the contract

6. The Contractor shall provide the Contracting entity with a guarantee for the devices being the subject of the contract. The subject of the contract in part No. 3 is: Purchase and delivery of furniture for furnishing the renovated rooms 132, 134, 135, 136, 139,140,141 in the Dean's Office of the Faculty of Social Sciences of the University of Opole
