Shannon Commercial Enterprises DAC strategy is to construct a new 4 storey office development (circa 44 000 sq. ft.) including car parking and site development works located adjacent to Rineanna House. In advance of development works, Shannon Commercial Enterprises DAC will appoint a multi-disciplinary design team to deliver full project consultancy services required including lead designer — architect, civil and structural, mechanical and electrical, quantity surveying and fire safety consultant. The appointed design team will be responsible for managing the building design and planning process as well as construction procurement and project management including the provision of a full time resident engineer for the construction period.
