Hampshire County Council invites applications from suitably experienced organisations who wish to be considered for selection to tender for Wellbeing Challenge UK.

Wellbeing intervention is seeking to embed long term behaviour change. It should include a wearable fitness device and a pre-health questionnaire / mid questionnaire and ending questionnaire. Further description of the service is as described in the attached Specification, Document 2.

The Contract will commence on 1.10.2017 and will be for a period of 3 years with an options to extend.

Interested parties should register their interest in the project via the In-Tend website https://in-tendhost.co.uk/hampshire, and complete and submit the tender return document together with any supporting information requested by 14:00 hrs on Friday 16.6.2017.
