The contract shall include in particular:

- the acceptance of the bulky waste transported by the client to an agreed collection point of the contractor, which is located in the city of Mainz,

- the separation and recycling of the bulky waste received, in compliance with the relevant legal provisions of the Waste Wood Ordinance,

- the calendar-monthly delivery of the sorting residue share (up to 10%) of the bulky waste quantity taken over to the Mainz waste-to-energy plant at the expense of the quota and for the account of the client.

During the period of the assignment, the contractor takes over, separates and recycles approx.

7,000 tonnes of bulky waste per year (equivalent to an average of approx. 580 tonnes per calendar month) of the client

from its collections in the city of Mainz.

At the same time, the contractor is obliged to remove the sorting residues from the bulky waste.

Charges of the contingent and for the account of the client to the waste-to-energy plant Mainz for

thermal treatment. Based on existing empirical values of the past years

is based on a sorting residue share of up to 10 % of the average calendar month
